The length of time it takes to see results from counseling sessions varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy.

Absolutely, sessions can be in person, at my office in San Dimas, OR online through a safe and confidential link.  I want to be sure we can connect in a way that provide you comfort and allows us to connect.  I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families in a multitude of settings.
